Description of the job offer
NAOS Marketing is recruiting Customer Support and Sales Reps with native German (C2 level) to work for an e-commerce platform. You will be working in an international environment, providing a seamless customer experience across channels and platforms. You will be trained to acquire increasingly demanded digital and eCommerce skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Either 1) as Outbound Sales Reps:
- Firstly, call pre-qualified leads,
- Then, guide them through their purchase journey,
- Finalize sales,
- Finally, write notes/summary of calls in the CRM.
Or 2) as Inbound Customer Support Representative (Voice only):
- Answering phone inquiries,
- Verify client information,
- Explain procedures, answer questions and provide information
- Help the client and solve their issue
- Write notes/summary in the CRM.
- Full-time vacancy
- 40 hours per week
- Medical Insurance provided by Tristar Network
- Two days of Training + 3 days of Nesting
- Total Salary 13.000 EGP GROSS distributed as follow: Fixed salary 12.000 EGP + Attendance bonus 1.000 EGP + KPI: up to 1.000 EGP, based on commission
- Work location: El Maadi
- Public holidays: will be a combination of German and Egyptian public holidays. The full detail will be provided during the onboarding session.
- Previous experience in Outbound Sales or in Customer Support is required,
- Native German
- English is also a valuable plus and would allow you to apply for a position requiring German+English (with a better package). Moreover, you will perform a written test and a filtration by a native speaker.
