NAOS Marketing is recruiting Customer Support Agents with English.
If you speak and write perfect English and already have experience in Customer Support, you are the professional we are looking for! As a Customer Support Agent, you will answer customers’ queries, recommend solutions, and guide users through the features and functionalities of an e-commerce platform.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Agent with English will include
- Answering call or email inquiries
- Verify client information
- Inform the client explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
- Help the client and solve their issue.
- Write notes/summary in the CRM.
- Full-time vacancy
- Five days per week (Monday-Friday) & Eight hours per day (9 am to 6 pm)
- Medical Insurance
- Total Salary up to 8.000 EGP GROSS distributed as follow:
- Fixed salary 5.500 EGP
- + Attendance bonus 1.000 EGP
- + KPI: up to 1.500 EGP, based on performance
- Work location: El Maadi, NAOS Marketing offices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Excellent English
