NAOS Marketing is recruiting a Customer Support agent with native German. You will help customers of an eCommerce platform to get the best usage out of their products and resolve their complaints via email and phone.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Support Agent with Native German
- Provide customers with information about products and services.
- Help customers understand the product and answer questions about their orders.
- Resolve customer complaints via email and phone.
- Full-time vacancy
- 5 days per week
- Annual Contract

- Salary package: 15.000 EGP gross + a variable up to 2.500 EGP gross according to KPIs.
- Work & Training location: NAOS Marketing offices in Maadi. Possibility to work from home provided the level of quality is superior to 95%.
- A previous experience in Call Center.
- German speaker:
- either being a German or Austrian Native,
- or having lived more than 5 years in Germany or Austria.
- Graduated with a Bachelor Degree
- Good communication skills
