Scaling-up Customer Support for an International eCommerce platform

In early 2020, NAOS Marketing supported an eCommerce company to scale up a Customer Service team from 36 agents to over 300 in 10 weeks. In 3 weeks, we set up a 24/7 model and built a robust support team structure: a multilingual Quality team, a 24/7 Real-Time-Management team, a 24/7 IT team, and a Back-office management team.

We managed to have 95% of the workforce working from home during the COVID pandemic. In the meantime, we expand the geographical scope and expand the language capabilities from only English to multilanguage coverage. Furthermore, to ensure adherence to campaign requirements and soft skills, we set up a Quality team (1 Quality officer for 25 agents).

Psoriasis Awareness Regional Campaign

We were very proud to work with a leading international pharmaceutical company to raise awareness about Psoriasis and its effect on one’s everyday life. Our team’s role was to develop and execute a 360 communications campaign to be rolled out across several markets in the Middle East. Our creative team got a blast at this mission, working on all available media from TV and billboards to purpose-built digital and social media platforms enabling an instantaneous and continuous dialogue with the community.
