Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer customers questions over the phone, obtain and verify client’s information,
- Troubleshoot, inform clients and explain procedures,
- Maintain communication and report problems.
Required profile and essential skills for the job:
- Have excellent people skills and great empathy with customers.
- Have a real interest for customer support.
- University Degree or relevant high education
- Very good command of English Language
- Have an Egyptian nationality (male or female, indistinctly)
- Completed Military Service for male or postponed for two years at least.
- Live in greater Cairo
- 5 working days per week with two days off granted, based on announced weekly work schedule.
- Rotational shifts for male 24/7
- Rotational shifts for female between 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Work location: Pyramids Heights
